§ 78-6. Penalties for offenses.

Any person who violates any of the foregoing regulations shall be guilty of a violation and punishable by a fine not to exceed $25 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both, for a first offense; $50 or 30 days' imprisonment, or both, for a second offense; and $100 or 60 days' imprisonment, or both, for each subsequent offense.
