The violation of the provisions of §§ 115-2, 115-3, 115-4, 115-5, 115-10 and 115-12 hereof by any person shall constitute disorderly conduct, and a person violating any of said sections shall be a disorderly person and shall be subject to arrest, prosecution and punishment, as provided in § 20-2010 of the Village Law. The penalty for each and every violation of any of said
section shall be and hereby is fixed at the sum of not more than $100.
